SWIS Keynote Announced

We are honored to announce Patricia Mulroy as a keynote speaker at the 2026 Sustainable Water Investment Summit!

A trailblazer in global water policy, Mulroy has shaped the future of water management for over 25-years.

As the former general manager of both the Las Vegas Valley Water District and the Southern Nevada Water Authority (SNWA), she oversaw water delivery to millions of residents and visitors while guiding the region through explosive growth and historic droughts.

Mulroy was a principal architect of the SNWA, pioneering collaborative strategies across the Colorado River Basin and with Mexico. Her leadership has influenced national water policy through roles with the Water Research Foundation, the Association of Metropolitan Water Agencies and the Western Urban Water Coalition.

Now a Senior Fellow for Climate Adaptation and Environmental Policy at UNLV’s Boyd School of Law, Mulroy continues to champion innovative, equitable solutions for water-stressed communities worldwide. Join us to hear her insights on resilience, investment and the future of sustainable water systems.
