Kelsey Dudziak is a Senior Associate based in our Rocky Mountain Office. Kelsey brings 14 years of experience in water resources management, international development, and infrastructure project delivery. Her expertise includes integrated water supply planning, structuring and implementing public-private partnerships, and managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects across all phases of the project lifecycle. Kelsey has provided strategic guidance on water conservation for irrigation projects, with a particular interest in market-based approaches, and she has a strong track record ensuring regulatory compliance with complex state, tribal, and federal water governance frameworks.
Prior to joining WestWater, she served as a Project Manager with Tetra Tech, where she led international projects providing technical assistance on water policy reforms and utility performance improvement. She also worked as an Associate Engineer with Natural Resources Consulting Engineer she supported tribal clients on water right adjudications, water master planning, and irrigation system improvements.
Kelsey holds a M.S. in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University and an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is a licensed professional engineer in Colorado, and is conversationally fluent in French.
