Logan Barkley is an Analyst at WestWater, based in Phoenix, Arizona. He supports a range of projects related to water rights valuation, water transactions, due diligence, and water resource planning by providing economic and financial analysis along with in-depth research. Logan has contributed to client work across Arizona, Texas, Colorado, and California, including instream flow protection initiatives in Texas and strategic advisory services for water rights holders in Arizona.
He first joined WestWater as a Summer Analyst in 2023, where he led a research project exploring the relationship between new-build home prices and water rights acquisition costs in Arizona and Colorado.
Logan holds a B.S. in Economics and a B.S. in Finance from the Honors College at Northern Arizona University.
