Logan Barkley is a Research Analyst at WestWater, based in Phoenix, Arizona. He supports a range of projects related to water rights valuation, water transactions, due diligence, and water resource planning by providing economic and financial analysis along with in-depth research. Logan has contributed to client work across Arizona, Texas, Colorado, and California, including instream flow protection initiatives in Texas and strategic advisory services for water rights holders in Arizona.
