We’re excited to welcome Kelsey Dudziak to WestWater Research as a Senior Associate based in our Rocky Mountain Office. Kelsey brings 14 years of experience in water resources management, international development, and infrastructure project delivery. Her expertise spans integrated water supply planning, public-private partnerships, and complex project implementation, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and market-based solutions for water conservation.
Prior to joining WestWater, Kelsey managed international water policy and utility performance projects at Tetra Tech and supported tribal water rights and irrigation planning as an engineer with Natural Resources Consulting Engineers.

She holds an M.S. in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University and an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Kelsey is a licensed professional engineer in Colorado and fluent in French.
